Shania Roberts graduated in 2019 with a Bachelor of Health Science at Simon Fraser University. Following her health science degree, she graduated from the Registered Massage Therapy Program at CDI in 2021. It was from her degree at SFU that she found her passion for wanting to physically be able to help people heal. Shania likes to take a biopsychosocial approach when it comes to improving one’s health and wellness. She likes to dig deep to the root of the problem that may be causing someone pain, illness or a reduction in quality of life. Her treatment style focuses but is not limited to Swedish techniques, Myofascial techniques, joint mobilizations, and Trigger Point Release. Shania likes to spend time with loved ones, travel, and experience new things in her spare time.

Jay began practicing massage therapy after experiencing repeated sports injuries and becoming deeply curious about how the body recovers. His learning has always been hands-on: He studies techniques not only through formal training but also by receiving treatments from practitioners in Thailand, Vietnam, Korea, and other regions where traditional methods are still practiced skillfully. He brings forward only what has proven effective through my own experience.

Since graduating from the Registered Massage Therapy program at Vancouver Career College in 2019, He has worked with athletes, office workers, and individuals managing chronic or stress-related pain. His approach balances therapeutic outcomes with the nervous system’s need for relaxation. Techniques such as hot stone integration, intraoral and buccal work for TMJ, lymphatic-focused facial therapy, Swedish, and deep tissue are applied with intention rather than routine.

Each session is approached as both treatment and study. He believes meaningful change comes from precision, consistency, and patient education — not force. Outside of the clinic, He continues to learn from global methods of manual therapy and maintains a personal interest in wellness, travel, sports, and caring for a seawater aquarium. His goal is straightforward: reduce pain, restore function, and help people return to the activities that matter to them.
